This FAQ page addresses some of our most frequently asked questions.

  • How do I place an order?
    Visit the Shop section of my website to browse and purchase items. Payments are securely processed online.
  • What items are available for purchase?
    You can purchase copies of my books, including children’s books and self-help resources, as well as motivational workbooks and planners.
  • Do you offer bulk discounts for book orders?
    Yes, discounts are available for bulk orders of 10 or more copies. Please contact me directly for pricing details.
  • How much is shipping?
    Shipping costs are calculated based on your order weight. You will see the exact shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.
  • How long does shipping take?
    All shipping times are based on product availability and ordering. Please allow7-10 business days for domestic orders. International shipping times may vary.
  • What happens if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?
    If your order needs to be corrected (missing an item, wrong item sent) or arrives damaged, send an email with the order information within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include a clear picture of the issue and your order number.
  • What happens if my package is returned due to an incorrect address?
    If your package is returned due to insufficient or incorrect addresses entered by the customer during checkout, we can reship it to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
  • Can I return or exchange merchandise?
    You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. If you need to exchange an item for the same product due to damage or defect on our behalf, please contact us at the email listed below within 7-10 business days of receiving your item.   • What are your coaching services about?
    My coaching services are one-on-one sessions centered around self-love and equips clients with the tools and mindset shifts necessary to build unshakeable self-worth.
  • Can I book my coaching session directly from your website?
    Yes. All of my coaching packages are available to be booked directly through my website. Once the service is selected, the inquiry form needs to be filled out, and consultation will be scheduled to further discuss the process.
  • Are there upfront cost associated with your coaching services?
    Yes. All of the coaching services require payment in full, with the exception of those packages priced at $400 or higher. For those packages, I offer payment plans that can be discussed during the consultation.
  • How far in advance can I cancel my coaching session?
    Clients are able to cancel their session as soon as they want. However, there will be a fee associated with the cancelled session. For more information regarding the fees associated with cancelling, view them here.
  • How do I book you to speak?
    To book me to speak at your event, you will need to complete the inquiry form after selecting the service. Once you have completed the form, a consultation called will be scheduled to further discuss the details of your event.
  • What topics do you speak about?
    I focus on empowerment, self-worth, leadership development, and student success. My topics are customizable based on your audience’s needs.
  • Do you offer both in-person and virtual speaking engagements?
    Yes, I offer both. In-person events may require travel and lodging arrangements, while virtual events are conducted through platforms like Zoom or Teams. You can read more about what's required for this service here.
  • How far in advance should I book you for a speaking engagement?
    It’s best to book at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow time for planning.
  • What is included in your speaking fee?
    My fee includes preparation, delivery, and any agreed-upon materials. For in-person events, travel and lodging expenses are additional unless otherwise specified.
  • Can you customize your presentation for my event?
    Absolutely! I tailor my talks to meet the specific needs of your audience and align with your event’s goals.
  • What happens if I need to reschedule my speaking engagement?
    Our rescheduling policy allows clients to reschedule their appointments without additional fees as long as the request is made at least 10 days to the session. However, reschedules made within 10 days will incur a fee equal to 25% of the service price. Please view our rescheduling and cancellation policy in full here.
  • How far in advance can I cancel my speaking engagement?
    Clients who cancel more than 48 hours before their event will incur a 25% cancellation fee. If the cancellation is made between 24 and 48 hours before the event, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
